After reading this story if what this woman says is true I feel sorry for her.
This is what happens when you give this kind of power to homeowner associations.
The people on homeowner associations are little Hitlers, forgive the pun, they are all about the power. And quite frankly its her home just about whatever see wants to do with it is her right.
